Reminder regarding HPCA Plowing policy

Paved roads will be plowed after 3 inches of snowfall has accumulated. Milled roads will only be plowed after they have been frozen and 5 inches of snow has accumulated to prevent any damage to the roads.  Questions should be addressed to the office and will not be answered on Facebook.

HPCA easement on all properties is 5 ft from the edge of the roadway. It is the responsibility of all homeowners to remove all obstacles including trash cans from the right of way per homeowner’s deed covenants so roadways can be plowed to their proper width. If any damages occur to any vehicle or plow as a result of not following the covenant, the homeowner will be held liable for any and all repair.
