Food drive for HPCA residents and Valor
"We a collecting food for The Valor Organization who supplies veterans with meals throughout the year. We have also started a food pantry for any of our residents who may be in need of food.
Holiday Pocono residents may drop any non-perishable items at the office and designate where you donation is to be placed.
American Flag Drop Box
"When a flag has served it's useful purpose, it should be destroyed, preferably by burning"
Holiday Pocono now has a flag drop box in the office
The flags collected will be turned over to the American Legion posts to conduct Disposal of Unserviceable Flag Ceremonies on June 14th, Flag Day, each year.
This ceremony creates a particularly dignified and solemn occasion for the disposal of unserviceable flags.
